"Therefore, laying aside falsehood, speak truth, each one of you, with his neighbor, for we are members of one another."

The Beggar's Feast has an open door policy for any who wish to enter our doors and learn. With that said, we will allow anyone to hang around us, adventure, learn and role-play provided an acceptable code of conduct is maintained.

Code of Conduct:

In a nutshell, the Council reserves the right to remove anyone from the premises at their discretion. We're adults here, and we expect you to role-play as a student seeking wisdom. We're not going to list 30 different things you can or cannot do, or write a 3 page essay on how to role-play.

Instead, we think that if you are a suitable role-player and person, you will not need to have a checklist. The Council has other things outside of role-playing that we do, including families. We have better things to do with our free time than play judge-jury to rogue players. We would rather be playing the game!

Becoming a Resident:

So you want to officially join our organization? That's great! We are always on the lookout for mature role-players who respect each other's free time restrictions and who can have fun in a setting which we provide.

The process is simple. No lists of what to do, what not to do. All you have to do is submit a character biography and personality profile to Daylar and spend time around us. When the Council feels you are ready to take the next step, we will welcome you as a Resident. No waiting lists, no time frames, no deadlines.

Note: Our policies may sound harsh, but as we mentioned before, many of our Residents free time is limited. We take the Beggar's Feast and it's people very seriously and want to spend all our available free time in game with our friends. If you cannot understand that, then perhaps you should look at the guild down the pathway. If you respect this, then your patience will be rewarded with a great role-playing experience.
